An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
Goods will only be shipped after payment has been successfully processed
If goods received are faulty, incorrect or require an exchange or refund, please fill out our returns form on the website.
Faulty and incorrect sent goods from Awning Man will be exchanged or refunded to the customer.
If you have ordered the wrong items or would like to return the order, you have 14 days from processed payment completion to return to us. Only the price of the goods, excluding shipping, will be refunded.
The customer must cover the price of shipping if returning the item. The shipping cost will not be refunded unless the goods were faulty or incorrectly sent.
The goods must be in as new condition with any leaflets, accessories and original packaging.
Returns received without prior written or verbal approval by Awning Man may be subject to delay.
