Wind, Sun and Rain Weather Sensor Kit

Wind, Sun and Rain Sensor Kit for electric awnings purchased from The Awning Man.

The sensors on the weather kit will detect rain, wind levels, and excessive sun. The sensitivity settings on the unit can be tailored for your requirements.
The awning will rectract once the sensor detects your desired settings and the settings can be adjusted on the side of the sensor with three main automatic options:

1) Wind Sensor
This will automatically retract the awning should it become too windy. This is really useful if you live in an area prone to windy conditions or if you have a large awning.

2) Sun Sensor
This sensor measures the intensity of the solar radiation. It will automatically extend the awning in sunny conditions protecting your carpet and soft furnishings whilst keeping the temperature at an acceptable level.

3) Rain Sensor
This sensor will automatically retract the awning should it rain heavily protecting your awning from getting soaked.

There is also a switch on the side of the sensor to allow control of the unit in case you misplace your remote control.

*Only suitable for electric awnings purchased from The Awning Man - will not work with the wireless electric Ultra or Vetra awnings*
